EMERGE

A twist on the Holistic 75

Spring asks something of the body. We begin at the back — tissue work to release what winter held. The lower body moves next, opening through table Thai stretching. Then the front body, where cold stones meet the face: brightening, cooling, quieting inflammation. The session closes with a seasonal oil blend, drawn from what this time of year calls for.
