ORIGIN STORY
HHN began as a feeling before it was a place.
After years as a pediatric emergency nurse, Hailey was running on empty, her own nervous system worn thin by years of urgency. She left for Costa Rica to study massage therapy and found something she wasn't expecting: a way of living rooted in rest, intention, and restoration as a daily practice. The idea for HHN took shape there. The name, the vision, the ethos all came into focus somewhere between the curriculum and the pace of life that surrounded it.
She brought it home to East Nashville, the neighborhood she'd lived in for years and loved for its creativity and community. It's a place full of artists, musicians, makers, and young families, people living full lives in a city that doesn't slow down easily. The need was obvious.
HHN opened quietly. One room, a small circle of personal clients, nothing public. Over two and a half years it has grown into a full practice with a team, a roster of regulars, and a space that people return to because it does what it was always meant to do.
Give the body somewhere to exhale.
An Unexpected Sanctuary
Located in the Fatherland district of East Nashville, HHN sits quietly in the middle of the area's fast-moving energy. You feel the shift when you walk in. Palo santo, soft lighting, warm tea, a robe waiting for you. Gentle sounds to settle into.
The studio holds two spaces, partitioned to suit the needs of the practice. The first is the tea and meditation area — oracle decks, plants, light reading, crystals, each chosen with intention to ease you into a softer state. The second is the treatment space, where the table is warmed and waiting, along with the tools specific to your session.
