Holistic Healing Nashville is a wellness practice rooted in one belief

the body knows how to heal.

the body knows how to heal.

We are not healers, we simply provide the space to let the body do what it inherently knows to do.

ORIGIN STORY

HHN began as a feeling before it was a place.

After years as a pediatric emergency nurse, Hailey was running on empty, her own nervous system worn thin by years of urgency. She left for Costa Rica to study massage therapy and found something she wasn't expecting: a way of living rooted in rest, intention, and restoration as a daily practice. The idea for HHN took shape there. The name, the vision, the ethos all came into focus somewhere between the curriculum and the pace of life that surrounded it.

She brought it home to East Nashville, the neighborhood she'd lived in for years and loved for its creativity and community. It's a place full of artists, musicians, makers, and young families, people living full lives in a city that doesn't slow down easily. The need was obvious.

HHN opened quietly. One room, a small circle of personal clients, nothing public. Over two and a half years it has grown into a full practice with a team, a roster of regulars, and a space that people return to because it does what it was always meant to do.

Give the body somewhere to exhale.

Science and Intuition, Working Together

Two ways of knowing the body. Better together than apart.

Every practitioner at HHN comes with a deep, science-backed understanding of the body — how it's structured, how its systems interact, and what it needs to heal. That knowledge informs every session.

Alongside it lives something equally essential. Following a breath pattern. Listening to what a muscle is holding. Guiding the body into a state where it can finally let go. Intuition is expertise, expressed differently.

The two work together here. Always have.

An Unexpected Sanctuary

Located in the Fatherland district of East Nashville, HHN sits quietly in the middle of the area's fast-moving energy. You feel the shift when you walk in. Palo santo, soft lighting, warm tea, a robe waiting for you. Gentle sounds to settle into.

The studio holds two spaces, partitioned to suit the needs of the practice. The first is the tea and meditation area — oracle decks, plants, light reading, crystals, each chosen with intention to ease you into a softer state. The second is the treatment space, where the table is warmed and waiting, along with the tools specific to your session.

Tools & Resources

We use treatment tools to increase the benefits of our sessions and recommend additional resources to make the benefits last longer.
