INFO & FAQ
The best way to reach us is through email. We're also reachable by text or phone when we're not with clients — leave a voicemail and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Most common questions are answered below, but don't hesitate to reach out directly.

What to Expect
Every session at HHN begins the same way. You'll be greeted, given a robe, and invited into the tea and meditation area to begin settling in. Water, adaptogen seltzer, or a warm cup of tea and 15 minutes to yourself help your nervous system downshift before the bodywork begins. From there you'll move to the treatment space, where your session is tailored to what your body needs that day.
The Experience
This is not a place you come in and get directly on the table. At HHN, you have time to fully arrive, decompress, and settle in. It makes your session more effective — you're already in a grounded headspace when the work begins. The space is yours. No waiting room, no other clients, just you and your therapist.

What should I wear / what do I need to bring?
Wear whatever you'd like — you'll change into a robe when you arrive. Bring yourself. We take care of the rest. For maximum benefit, consider arriving with a bare face and skin.

Will my therapist talk to me during the session or is it silent?
Our therapists work quietly to stay attuned to the body. We want you to drop into a genuinely restful state. Your therapist will check in on pressure and comfort throughout, and we always encourage you to speak up if anything needs to shift.
Is the tea and meditation portion mandatory?
You will be in the tea and meditation area for 15 minutes before your session — whatever you do with the time is up to you. We highly encourage dropping into a quieter place with the tea and meditation. Crystals, an oracle deck, and guided meditation cards are all there if you want them.

Held with Care
With our medical and science backgrounds, we are equipped to work with most bodies. Our training spans a wide range of ailments and conditions. We understand contraindications, know when to avoid areas, and know when to refer out. Safety is at the foundation of every session we provide.
Is your practice ADA accessible?
Our studio is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. We want everyone to receive care. If this presents a barrier, please reach out directly and we'll connect you with a practitioner who can accommodate your needs.
I have a specific injury or chronic pain area — can I still come in?
For acute injuries, we encourage you to be seen by a physician before booking to ensure massage won't cause further harm. We can work around a specific area, but we won't actively treat an acute injury. For chronic pain, massage can be extremely beneficial and we are well-equipped to work with a wide range of chronic conditions. We do recommend physician clearance before receiving massage, and may request it for certain ailments.
